A directory and guidance tool, in English and Spanish, for choosing care for an older adult in the United States. It is not a health care provider, an insurance company, a government agency or a placement agency that charges for referrals.
Information on the site
Official data comes from CMS and state agencies, with its date. Information about providers is entered by the providers themselves or comes from their websites, and it is labeled that way. There may be errors or outdated data: always confirm with the provider and with the agency that regulates it. The guidance from the guided search is not a medical evaluation.
Use of the content and data
You may quote and share our pages with a link to the source. Search engines and artificial intelligence assistants may read them to answer questions and may cite them. You may not resell the directory or present it as your own. The official data comes from public records (CMS and state licensing agencies): also cite the source and date shown on each listing.
Providers
Anyone who completes a listing states that they are authorized by the provider, that the information is true and that they have permission to publish the photos (including permission from any person who appears in them). We may reject or remove misleading content. Official data (ratings, licenses and inspections) cannot be changed from the portal; it is updated when the agency publishes it.
Liability
hogaresparamayores.com is not a party to any contract between a family and a provider and is not responsible for the services that provider delivers.
